What this website collects

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not run analytics. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, which stays on your device.

When you use our contact or nomination forms, the details you enter (such as your name, phone number, address and message) are placed into an email that opens in your own email app for you to send to us. The website itself does not store or transmit that information.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry, to provide the pharmacy service you have asked for, and to keep the records we are required to keep as a registered pharmacy. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Your health information

Health and prescription information you share with the pharmacy is handled in line with NHS and General Pharmaceutical Council requirements and is kept confidential and secure.

Other services we link to

Some pages link to or embed third party services, including Google (our reviews), OpenStreetMap (the map showing our location) and the NHS website. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

Your rights
